Jason MACKAY trained four winners at Unibet Gardens on Tuesday and three of those successful greyhounds can win again at Wentworth Park on Saturday night.
At The Gardens MACKAY won with Zipping Sprite, Riley Tokaam, Data Star and Mister Twister, with only Zipping Sprite missing from Wentworth Park.
When Mister Twister won on Tuesday he defeated his kennelmate Paddy's Magic and they are set to run the quinella again in Saturday night's eighth race, a 520m fourth and fifth grade.
At The Gardens Mister Twister, back in form due to a tonsillectomy, led throughout to clock a blistering 29.24, fastest time of the night.
"I had been disappointed with Mister Twister's latest Wenty runs because he could clock 29.80 there as a youngster and was no longer repeating that time,'' MACKAY said.
"He was getting to the line poorly so I had his tonsils removed. It has made all the difference, but Paddy's Magic, who has had 14 wins and 11 placings from 36 starts, will keep him busy.
"He has not raced at Wentworth Park but has had a trial there so knows his way around.''
Riley Tokaam, who won in 29.49 at The Gardens, has box two in race one, a 520m heat, while Data Star, winner at The Gardens in 29.44, has box two in race three, another heat over 520m.
"Riley Tokaam has raced at Wentworth Park and while he does get off the track a little at the first turn he should be okay if he can dodge the dog in box three, who likes to rail,'' MACKAY said.
"Data Star has not raced or trialled at Wenty but he had never seen The Gardens before leading all the way in fast time on Tuesday.''
Mighty Muzza's only defeat in three starts from box one was in a heat of the Group 1 National Derby at Wentworth Park in January but trainer Mario Abela believes the dog needs to begin cleanly from the rails if he is to win race seven, a 520m fifth grade.
"I prefer Mighty Muzza drawn wide," Abela said. "His problem is where he positions himself in the first 100 metres, but he does usually begin better from box one.
"When he finished third from the rails in a Derby heat he Chased home Nangar Rock and Big Daddy Bee, who went on to win the final.''
Saturday night's best bet should be the consistent Chase The Cash, who has box one in race four, a 520m heat.
Chase The Cash has scoRed Four wins and four placings from 10 starts but has not previously worn the red rug.
"I'm very pleased with her draw,'' trainer Craig Watts said.
"Chase The Cash has had no luck at her past two starts at Wentworth Park, from boxes eight and three, and although she has not started since April 12 she is raring to go.
"She has had enough work to perform well so I have kept her fresh for Saturday night's race.''
Bottle Of Magic will be good odds in race two, a 520m heat, and should only need a clear run from box four to go close to winning.
His fast finishing fourth, beaten just two lengths, behind Paua To Rush, Red Four and Woodlands Drive at Wentworth Park last month, was eye-catching as Bottle Of Magic roared home from the back of the field.
