Greyhound Racing NSW advises that the Racing Appeals Tribunal has issued its decision in relation to a stay application by Dave Irwin.
The tribunal granted the stay application on the condition that Mr Irwin comply with the Race Day Hydration and Hot Weather Policy of 5 January 2017 and that Mr Irwin prosecute the appeal expeditiously.
