On 31 January 2016 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged trainer Ms Christine Proctor under rule 83(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:
That you, Christine Proctor, a registered trainer, while in charge of the greyhound ‘Sheez All That’, presented the greyhound for the purpose of competing in race one at Gosford on 15 November 2016 in circumstances where the greyhound was not free of any prohibited substance.
The prohibited substance was arsenic.
Following Ms Proctor’s early guilty plea to the charge, GRNSW Stewards have determined to impose a fine of $750.
