- That you, Peter Keegan, a registered trainer, while in Charge of the greyhound ‘Kiss Me Junior’, presented the greyhound for the purpose of competing in race one at The Gardens on 6 August 2016 in circumstances where the greyhound was not free of any prohibited substance (Charge 1).

- That you, Peter Keegan, a registered trainer, while in Charge of the greyhound ‘Kiss Me Marlow’, presented the greyhound for the purpose of competing in race nine at The Gardens on 30 September 2016 in circumstances where the greyhound was not free of any prohibited substance (Charge 2).

The prohibited substances were arsenic and cobalt.

Following Mr Keegan’s early guilty plea to the Charges, GRNSW Stewards have determined to impose a period of suspension of 12 weeks for each Charge (to be served concurrently).
