By Greyhound Racing NSW

On 21 October 2017 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged trainer Mr Anthony Cerveny under rule 83(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:

That you, Anthony Cerveny, a registered trainer, while in charge of the greyhound ‘Namanga’ presented the greyhound for the purpose of competing in race one at Maitland on 9 June 2016 in circumstances where the greyhound was not free of any prohibited substance.

The prohibited substance was arsenic.
