Decision - John Bradley

By Greyhound Racing NSW

On 10 November 2016 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged trainer Mr John Bradley under rule 83(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:

That you, John Bradley, a registered trainer, while in charge of the greyhound ‘Silky Oak’, presented the greyhound for the purpose of competing in race three at Tweed Heads on 13 August 2016 in circumstances where the greyhound was not free of any prohibited substance.

The prohibited substance was cobalt.

Following Mr Bradley’s early guilty plea to the charge, GRNSW Stewards have determined to impose a period of suspension of 15 weeks.
