On 20 March 2015 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) issued four charges against registered trainer Gareth Miggins under the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
In relation to these charges, GRNSW Stewards found:
(a) Mr Miggins not guilty in relation to charges one, three and four on the basis that the Stewards could not be comfortable satisfied on the available evidence that he had engaged in the conduct depicted in those charges; and
(b) Mr Miggins guilty in relation to charge two.
In relation to charge two, the Stewards determined to impose a fine of $2,000 (with $1,000 suspended for 12 months).
