On 21 July 2016 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged trainer Ms Kim Mulrine under rule 83(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:
That you, Kim Mulrine, a registered public trainer, while in charge of the greyhound ‘No Holding Back’ at Dapto on 26 November 2015, presented the greyhound for the purpose of competing in race three in circumstances where the greyhound was not free of any prohibited substance.
The prohibited substance was cobalt.
Following an inquiry on 2 November 2016, GRNSW Stewards found Ms Mulrine guilty of the charge.
The Stewards have determined to impose a period of suspension of 14 weeks.
