On 12 August 2016 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) Charged trainer Mr Paul Abdallah under rule 84 (4) and 86 (f) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:
That, on 2 February 2016, you, Paul Abdallah, a registered public trainer, had in your possession at the Wentworth Park Race Track trials a lure that was not approved by GRNSW (Charge 1).
That, on 6 April 2016, you, Paul Abdallah, a registered public trainer, used improper, insulting and offensive language towards a GRNSW official (Charge 2).
Following Mr Abdallah’s early guilty plea to the Charges, GRNSW Stewards have determined to impose a fine of:
- Charge 1: $150.
- Charge 2: $375 (suspended for 12 months).
