Decision - Rodney Lee

By Greyhound Racing NSW

On 4 October 2016 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged trainer Mr Rodney Lee under rule 83 (2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:

That you, Rodney Lee, a registered trainer, while in charge of the greyhound ‘Larina Lee’, presented the greyhound for the purpose of competing in race five at Lismore on 1 December 2015 in circumstances where the greyhound was not free of any prohibited substance.

The prohibited substance was meclofenoxate and 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid.

Following Mr Lee’s early guilty plea to the charge, GRNSW Stewards have determined to impose a fine of $750.
