By Greyhound Racing NSW

On 28 January 2016 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged trainer Mr Timothy Murray under rule 83(2) as follows:

That you, Timothy Murray, a public trainer, while in charge of the greyhound ‘Aunty Jagger’ at Richmond on the 14 October 2015 presented the greyhound for the purpose of competing in race 9, the Tuiaki @ Stud 5th grade Stakes over 400 metres in circumstances where the Greyhound was not free of any prohibited substance.

The prohibited substance was meloxicam.

Following Mr Murray’s guilty plea to the charge, GRNSW Stewards have determined to impose a penalty of 30 weeks disqualification.
