On 14 September 2015, Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) announced that it had commenced an inquiry into the presence of meloxicam in the sample taken from Fishaholic after it won race 6 at Tamworth on 6 December 2014.
The matter had been dealt with under the GRNSW Penalty Guidelines with the trainer electing to take Option 3 and the matter to be heard at a Stewards' Inquiry.
Mr Taylor has been directed to attend a hearing. The details of that hearing are:
