On 10 August 2015, Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) advised that it had received confirmation of the presence of the prohibited substance betamethasone in a sample taken from In The End After it won race 2 at The Gardens on 26 June 2015.
GRNSW also advised that In The End's trainer Ken Cheetham had been given the opportunity to enter a plea of guilty to a charge of presenting a greyhound other than free of a prohibited substance which is a breach of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Mr Cheetham informed GRNSW that he would enter a plea of guilty to the charge.
As a result, GRNSW Stewards have accepted Mr Cheetham's guilty plea to a charge of presenting In The End other than free of a prohibited substance. GRNSW Stewards have determined that the following penalties be imposed:
• $1250 fine

Mr Cheetham has been notified of his appeal rights.
