Greyhound trainers are advised that Sprinter Gold Greyhound Products has recalled batches of its Results Plus supplement due to an error in the manufacturing process which has resulted in the product containing higher than normal levels of Cobalt.
Sprinter Gold will recall Sprinter Gold Results Plus in all sizes for the following batches:
• 0508153 – 0508156 with Aug 17 expiry
• 1506151 – 1506153 with Jun 17 expiry
• 1304151 – 1304153 with Apr 17 expiry
• 0902152 – 0902155 with Feb 17 expiry
All customers who have any Results Plus product are encouraged to contact Sprinter Gold on Freecall number 1800 112 227 for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund at the recommended retail price for the product size purchased.
Greyhound Racing New South Wales (GRNSW) announced earlier this month that it will implement a new Greyhound Racing Rule that sets a maximum threshold for the presence of cobalt in racing greyhounds from 1 October 2015.
