On 3 March 2015, Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) announced that it was conducting an inquiry into alleged offences under the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules (Rules) as part of an inquiry.
On 14 August 2015, Eric Robinson, trainer pleaded guilty of an offence under Rule 83 (2)(a) of the Rules.
After affording Mr Robinson an opportunity to make submissions on the penalty to be imposed as a result of the offences, GRNSW Stewards have determined that the following penalties should be imposed:
• A period of suspension of eight weeks commencing 16 August 2015

Mr Robinson has been afforded the right to lodge an appeal against the decision of the Stewards.
