On Friday 21 August 2015, Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) Stewards determined that industry participant Rebecca McAvaney, registered trainer, was guilty of an offence under the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
After affording Ms McAvaney an opportunity to make submissions on penalty to be imposed as a result of the offence in relation to the charge under Rule 83 (2), GRNSW Stewards have determined that the following penalty should be imposed:
• A period of disqualification of 10 weeks commencing 31 August 2015,

Ms McAvaney was notified of her rights of appeal. Subsequently no appeal has been lodged.
