On Friday 21 August 2015, Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) Stewards determined that industry participant Gregory McAlister, registered trainer, was guilty of an offence under the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
After affording Mr McAlister an opportunity to make submissions on penalty to be imposed as a result of the offence in relation to the charge under Rule 83(2), GRNSW Stewards have determined that the following penalty should be imposed:
• A period of disqualification of 10 weeks commencing 31 August 2015,

Mr McAlister was afforded the right to lodge an appeal against the decision of the Stewards, however declined this option.
