On 15 January 2015, Greyhound Racing New South Wales (GRNSW) announced that it was conducting an inquiry into alleged offences under the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules (Rules) as part of an inquiry (14SO46) of 2015.
On 26 August 2015, GRNSW Stewards determined that industry participant Robert Groizard Jnr, trainer was guilty of offences under the Rules.
After affording Mr Groizard Jnr an opportunity to make submissions on the penalty to be imposed as a result of the offences, GRNSW Stewards have determined that the following penalties should be imposed:
• A period of disqualification of 15 weeks commencing 31 August 2015

Mr Groizard Jnr has lodged an appeal against the decision of the Stewards.
