The Racing Appeals Tribunal will hear an appeal lodged by trainer Wayne Vanderburg.
Mr Vanderburg is appealing a decision by Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) to deny him an attendant's licence after the expiration of his 27 month prohibited substance disqualification. The decision by GRNSW was on the basis that Mr Vanderburg is not a fit and proper person to hold a licence.
The appeal will be heard by the Racing Appeals Tribunal on Monday 24 August 2015, commencing at 11.30am.
