It is once again time for all participants involved in the sport of greyhound racing in NSW to renew their licences with GRNSW.
Current licences with GRNSW will expire on Tuesday, 30 June.
Membership renewal packs for all trainers, owner trainers and attendants were posted out in early March 2015.
Included in this renewal pack is:
• A membership renewal form for each participant’s current licence category;
• A renewal invoice including payment options;
• A postage paid reply envelope (for returning the renewal form once completed); and
• A fact sheet outlining details on GRNSW commencing to licence breeders from 1 July 2015.
If you are a registered person with GRNSW and have not received your renewal information, please contact the Member Services team on (02) 8767 0500 and they will arrange to have it re-sent to you.
Please note that during renewals GRNSW will be collecting two extra pieces of information:
• New photos for every member - when you return your renewal form to GRNSW you will need to include a colour passport size photo of yourself. Your new licence will not be issued unless a new photo is received.
• Applications for breeder's licences - from 1 July 2015 GRNSW will commence licensing breeders.
Please refer to the Fact Sheet enclosed with your renewal pack for more details and complete the relevant section of your renewal form if applicable.
Members should note that there are two ways of completing their licence renewal with GRNSW. They are:
• Post - members can use the reply paid envelope enclosed with their renewal packs to send in their renewal by post. Members should ensure their membership renewal form is fully completed and that payment is provided. GRNSW asks that members please do not post cash.
• Attending GRNSW’s Rhodes office - if members do not wish to renew via post, they can attend the GRNSW Rhodes office to complete their renewal from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Please note that if you are an active trainer and do not renew your licence before 30 June, you will be unable to nominate greyhounds to race from 1 July 2015.
