Australian greyhound racing fans will be able to watch one of the Irish Republic’s leading races this Saturday morning.

The BoyleSports Race of Champions (503m), which has a top prize of €15,000, will be streamed live via rte.ie.

Paradise Silva (box two) looks a great chance to claim the title after his impressive 29.54 semi-final run last week.

The son of Hondo Black and Dalcash Diva, who has 11 wins and 13 minor placings from 34 starts and won the 2014 Irish St. Leger, came home comfortably by four lengths and will be tough to beat from box two in the six-strong decider.

Fellow semi-final winner Laughil Bolt (box four), a son of legendary Brett Lee and Laughil Lass, and 2015 Irish Laurels winner Midtown Raffa (box three) also qualified.

Coverage of the race, which takes place at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium at TRALEE on the Irish Republic’s south-west coast, starts at 5am (AEST).
