Working Dog Alliance Australia Launches Survey

The Working Dog Alliance Australia is calling on participants to take part in a survey that will help the organisation develop a body of work which will assess best practice rearing, socialisation, education and training methods for greyhounds in a racing context.

The survey covers a range of issues relating to the general care of racing greyhounds, training methods employed as well as methods around rearing, education and socialisation.

All responses to the survey will assist the Working Dog Alliance to create a platform in which people can work together to form a piece that will justify future Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) policy decisions.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and all respondents will remain anonymous.

You can access the survey online here.

Alternatively, you will be able to access a hard copy version of the survey during kennelling at TAB race meetings over the next few weeks.

The Working Dog Alliance is a registered non-profit organisation that is committed to engaging and uniting the Australian working and sporting dog industry to advance the welfare and productivity of Australia’s working dogs.

It is anticipated that a written report and presentation of project findings will be provided to GRNSW in mid-July.
