Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) advises it has received notification from the Australian Racing Forensic Laboratory of the presence of 5beta-androstane-3alpha, 17beta-diol in the sample taken from Lika Jay Jay after it won the Rapidvite Stakes at the Wentworth Park meeting on 12 January 2015.
Trainer Brad Field has been advised of the confirmation of the presence of the substance by the Racing Science Centre, Queensland, and an inquiry into the matter will be held at a date to be fixed.
