Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) advises that it has received notification from the Australian Racing Forensic Laboratory of the presence of diclofenac in the sample taken from Saffron Ice after it won the petsnacks.com.au Stake at Wentworth Park on 10 October 2014.
Trainer Lynne Aldous has been advised of the confirmation of the presence of the substance by the Racing Science Centre, Queensland, with the matter now proceeding having regard to the protocols established under GRNSW’s penalty guideline system.
