Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) advises that it has received notification from the Australian Racing Forensic Laboratory of the presence of morphine in the sample taken from Potenza after it won the Battlers Trophy Final at Kempsey on 4 November 2014.
Trainer Maureen Campbell has been advised of the confirmation of the presence of the substance by Racing Analytical Services Ltd, Victoria, with the matter now proceeding having regard to the protocols established under GRNSW’s penalty guideline system.
