Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) advises that it has received notification from the Australian Racing Forensic Laboratory of the presence of caffeine and theobromine in the sample taken from Kingsbrae County after it won the Take The Kitty @ Stud Maiden at Grafton on 2 October 2014.
Trainer Paul Gallagher has been advised of the confirmation of the presence of the substances by the Racing Science Centre, Queensland, with the matter now proceeding having regard to the protocols established under GRNSW’s penalty guideline system.
