Lucy Lobster has underlined her status as a potential future star with a thrilling victory in the Group 1 Ladbrokes Vic Peters Classic (520m).
Charlie Lamb's promising chaser earned her first Group victory in Saturday night's $75,000-to-the-winner race in breathtaking fashion.
Less than a length separated the winner - a $5.50 shot - from second-placed Jewel Action ($19.40) and Anything Less, the $2.30 favourite, in third.

The triumph at Wentworth Park, claimed in 29.85, took Lucy Lobster's record to nine wins from 15 starts.
It was also a popular victory for her stalwart trainer Lamb.
Connections said afterwards that Lucy Lobster (pictured) would be aimed for next month's Laurels Classic (515m) at Sandown Park.
Heats take place on Saturday, December 7.
In other action at the meeting, Zipping WILLOW returned to winning ways by seeing off a class field to claim the Macro Meats Gourmet Game Stakes (520m).
The win took the superb sprinter's record to 29 wins from 44 starts and was a welcome triumph after a below-par recent spell.
