Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) stewards will conduct an inquiry into analysts' reports that the urine sample taken from Feedback Icon, after that greyhound won at the Dapto meeting on 17 July 2014, had been found to contain the prohibited substances Amphetamine, 4-Hydroxyamphetamine, Caffeine and Metabolites.
The inquiry will be conducted at the offices of GRNSW on Monday 27 October 2014, commencing at 11am.
