Greyhound Racing NSW advises that it has received a Notice of Appeal to the Racing Appeals Tribunal from Susan Absalom against the convictions and penalties imposed following an inquiry into an incident occurring at the Richmond Race Club on 7 May 2014.
Ms Absalom applied for a stay of proceedings in respect of the matter. The Racing Appeals Tribunal has advised that the application for a stay of proceedings has been refused.
The appeal will be heard at a date to be fixed.
