Bralyn Stalker scored the biggest win of his brief career when he took out the Group 3 Charcoal Inn Casino Cup (484m) on Friday evening.

Sent out the $2.40 favourite for the $25,000-to-the-winner feature race, Bralyn Stalker was able to cross the field with ease from box eight and had a clear lead as the runners went through the first turn.

Bralyn Stalker than held off a gallant challenge from Pace Ventura to win by two lengths in 27.30.

Trained by Bradley Northfield (Pictured with the winner's cheque after last night's win), the win for Bralyn Stalker was his 11th from 15 career starts (all at Casino) and also his sixth consecutive victory. The son of El Grand Senor has now won almost $40,000 in prizemoney.

Pace Ventura finished second while Dayseas Jet rocketed home for third. Kingsbrae Molly, who prior to the Casino Cup had never finished worse than second, could not overcome a slow start and finished fifth.
