Greyhound Racing NSW advises that trainer David Righetti has been disqualified indefinitely under the provisions of Gar 95, relative to Gar 83 (2) (a) for his repeated failure to respond to correspondence relevant to inquiries into analysts' findings of amphetamine in urine samples taken from Exclusive One at Maitland on 26 April 2012 and Cookie’s Recipe at Wentworth Park on 4 August 2012.
Exclusive One and Cookie’s Recipe have been disqualified from the respective races. Prior to consideration of any application for registration, Mr Righetti will be required to respond to the outstanding matters.
