- In the event of a change in ownership of a greyhound which is registered under the Scheme, the new Owner shall be entitled to receive any bonus payments payable to the Owner pursuant to this clause but if, at the time of payment of the bonus by GRNSW, it has not been advised of the change of ownership, then GRNSW shall not be liable to the new Owner in respect of any bonus payments distributed to the previous Owner and the previous Owner shall indemnify and keep indemnified GRNSW against all claims, liabilities and costs arising whether directly or indirectly as a result of the failure to notify the change of ownership of the greyhound.
